Cancellation Policy
Music Moon Music CIC –General Session Booking Policy Bookings and Cancellations All music sessions with Music Moon Music CIC must be booked online or in person and confirmed before attendance. Once booked, refunds cannot be issued if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled subject to availability. Media Authorization By booking a session, you grant authorization for Music Moon Music CIC to capture video, audio and photographic material during sessions. This content is used solely for proof of concept, documentation, and impact reporting. In line with our safeguarding policy, all participant faces will be masked or blurred before any media is shared externally. Liability Disclaimer Participation in sessions is at the attendee’s own risk. Music Moon Music CIC accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained before, during, or after a session. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct throughout the session.
