What We Offer Explore rhytmic and tonal foundations of music in a safe, caring and creative environement with an experienced Music classrom Teacher who has been working with children since 2009. 🎹 Learn simple keyboard, african drums, ukulele, and percussion basics 🎵 Develop rhythm/tonal awareness through movement and games 🎤 Build confidence with group singing- Storytelling usign voices in a creative and fun way. 🎨 Create music through storytelling- Each animal is an instrument. Each colour. Each character. 🤝 Make friends in a supportive environment- Meet and build friendships. Young Musicians (Ages 8-12) Progressive sessions featuring: 🎸 Instrument technique development- African Djembe Drums, Ukelele, Recorder, and percussion 🎭 Performance skills and stage presence- We have a stage! So we can put 15 minute plays with music 📝 Introduction to music theory and notation- We explain the easiest way to tackle Music Literacy 🎼 Ensemble playing and harmony- Our circle is a safe place, kind and where your child is heard 💡 Creative composition activities- Not just with an instrument. Paint, build and show. Cancellation Policy
Maria Moon Music – Booked Session Terms and Conditions Applies to all online and in-person sessions Booking & Payment All sessions (online and in-person) must be booked and paid for in full through www.mariamoonmusic.com/book at the time of registration. All prices are in GBP (£). Payments are non-refundable. Once processed, no refunds or credits will be issued, except in the unlikely event that Maria Moon Music cancels a session. Session places are confirmed only upon successful payment. Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing by email, sent by the person who made the original booking. Cancellations made by any other method (phone, text, social media, verbally, or via a third party) will not be accepted. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Any cancellation, no-show, or change request made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a used session and charged/deducted in full from any pack or booking, with no refund, credit, or rescheduling offered. This policy applies equally to online and in-person sessions — there is no difference in cancellation terms between formats. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of remaining sessions in a pack and/or refusal of future bookings. Session Packs All session packs must be booked and used within 8 weeks of the original booking date, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Maria Moon Music in advance. Any sessions remaining unused after the 8-week period will be forfeited, with no refund or credit issued, unless a prior written extension has been agreed. Additional Resources Any additional resources, materials, or equipment required beyond the standard provision identified at the start of training will be charged separately and must be paid for by the participant before they are provided. Eligibility Participants must be over 18 years of age. Adults supporting children during sessions remain fully responsible for supervision and conduct throughout. Registrations made with false age information will be cancelled with no refund. Conduct & Safeguarding (Online and In-Person) All attendees are required to attend using their real name. For online sessions, cameras must remain on throughout each session — avatars, blank screens, or audio-only presence are not permitted. Participants must maintain respectful and professional communication with facilitators and other attendees at all times
