We care about the quality and equity of music learning in babies and early years within the community. That's why we strive to offer meaningful music activity sessions which are bursting with creativity and filled with positive energy which are the building blocks to memorable music learning. We build life long musical skills when it matters most; in the first 6 years of a child's brain development.
The power of Music, Movement, and Dance for Learning and Creative Expression in ECE (early childhood education) cannot be underestimated.

Our music and movement, Singing and melodic communication sessions are unique in context, scope and quality. They are delivered by specialist music teachers that use learning aids such as ribbons, balls, rings, scarfs including age-appropriate instruments, to create rich musical experiences that are both engaging and memorable. We incorporate the sign language of MAKATON into our group of Neurodiverse children due to its highly social component and it accelerates language acquisition. All staff is holds a DBS enhanced certificate and chaperone license where required.​

Social Engagement
Welcome to our enchanting community music session which are carefully crafted to stimulate early development, social engagement, foster parent-child bonding, and ignite a lifelong love for music. With colorful instruments, captivating songs, and sensory activities, each class is a unique musical adventure.
We work along side local child support organizations, nurseries, childminders and local charities to offer rich musical experiences after-school, in school sessions, and holiday groups. We deliver positive musical memories which nurture your child's natural talent in a welcoming and stimulating environment along side carers.​​

Safeguarding children and Young People
The safety and wellbeing of our students, parents and staff is paramount. All Maria Moon Music staff and volunteers are qualified caregivers or music teachers who hold a DBS enhanced certificate. In addition staff will also have a chaperone license, should we require to escort children to and from performances.
