Cancellation Policy

Maria Moon Music – Terms and Conditions (2026) Booking & Payments Payment for the Under 3 Years Music – 4 Week Pack must be made in full at the time of booking through www.mariamoonmusic.com/book. All prices are stated in GBP and include standard session fees as advertised. A discount applies automatically when booking the four‑session pack subject to each pack length and type. Refund & Cancellation Policy Bookings are non‑refundable after 5 days from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds or credits will be issued, except in the event of session cancellations by Maria Moon Music. We can accomodate a new session at our own discretion. Participants who cannot attend a session within their pack period may not transfer or substitute sessions without prior written agreement. Media Recording & Use By purchasing or participating in any Maria Moon Music service or product, in presence or online, you consent and agree to photo, audio and video recording within sessions for educational, research, and promotional purposes. Maria Moon Music will take appropriate care to omit or obscure identifiable faces of children, parents, and carers in public materials, unless direct permission is provided. We reserve the right to use anonymized content across social media, websites, and other digital platforms for community and research development. General Conduct All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during sessions. Participants agree to engage respectfully within the group environment and follow session guidelines communicated by facilitators. Maria Moon Music CIC reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel sessions where necessary and will notify participants in advance where possible. By booking or attending a Maria Moon Music session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. END
